CCS series modular control stations are designed for remote monitoring and control of a group of CS series modular compressor stations operated by a single or several nearby facilities.
A power module – is a module holding power equipment intended for supplying power to compressor plant (CP) drives, frequency converters and automation compartments purging control system cabinets.
A control module – is a module holding the remote monitoring, control and dispatching system (Control Center). This system performs all tasks related to archiving operational parameters and accidents for the station and enables display, remote monitoring and control of various CP operation modes. The main system elements may be represented by advanced industrial PCs or PLCs with display systems. This unit is designed with account of the required long-term presence of personnel and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable working environment.
A climatic module is included in HVAC systems.
A life support module comprises an auxiliaries board, lighting systems, fire fighting systems, etc.
Standard versions of CCS series control stations structurally represent 20-foot or 40-foot railway containers with increased capacity (High Cubes). Stations with other dimensions may be manufactured on request.
No additional costs for the design and construction of premises for the equipment supplied complete with the compressor station. All necessary equipment is already included in the control station.
No need to deploy additional dispatching systems in connection with the installation of new equipment. A dispatching system for the compressor station is included in the control station. When required, this may be connected to any other equipment operating at the site.
Reduced time and costs of equipment commissioning. Since a control station is supplied complete with a compressor station, installation supervision and commissioning operations are carried out simultaneously for all products supplied.
CCS series control stations are designed for operation in a moderately cold climate of UHL1 within the outdoor temperature range of -40°C to +45°C in accordance with GOST 15150 and require no additional weather shelter.
