SCREW-TYPE REFRIGERATION PLANTS



	
			
			

Purpose:

  • Screw-type refrigeration compressor units are designed for use in general refrigeration systems in the chemical, petrochemical, food and other industries. All our compressors are highly reliable and durable. The average unit service life is 60,000 hours between overhauls.


Each refrigeration compressor comprises a spool-type system to control the cooling capacity in the range of 100% to 40%. Upon request, the spool valve may operate manually and (or) automatically.

Screw-type refrigeration compressors:

  • single-stage compressors;

  • double-stage compressors;

  • units for heat pumps.



SCREW-TYPE SINGLE-STAGE REFRIGERATION COMPRESSORS

Purpose: use in general industrial refrigeration systems in the chemical, petrochemical, meat and dairy and other industries.

Specifications:

  • Boiling range of -60 to +5 ΠΎΠ‘

  • Condensing temperature of 56 ΠΎΠ‘

  • cooling capacity of up to 3,536 (th. kcal/h)/kW

Design features:

  • These units are manufactured in UHL climatic design for location category 4, for operation at ambient temperatures of +5Β°C to +40Β°C.

  • All units are designed for use in class B-1b explosion-hazardous areas. The unit installation platform must only take the load of the unit own weight.


SCREW-TYPE DOUBLE-STAGE REFRIGERATION UNITS

Purpose: operation with ammonia (R717) in refrigeration plants with evaporation temperatures of up to +55Β°C in the chemical, petrochemical, meat and dairy and other industries.

Specifications:

  • Boiling range of -55 to -25ΠΎΠ‘

  • Condensing temperature of 40ΠΎΠ‘

  • Cooling capacity of up to 668 (th. kcal/h)/kW



UNITS FOR HEAT PUMPS

Purpose: operation in non-polluting heating plants enabling heat generation from low-temperature coolants (water, etc., not below 5Β°C) for heating purposes and hot water supply to residential houses, cottage groups and industrial facilities.

Specifications:

  • Boiling range of 0 to 25 ΠΎΠ‘

  • Condensing temperature of 85 ΠΎΠ‘

  • Heat output of up to 2,210 kW
